We deliver comprehensive Fire Safety Building Audits on buildings that identify potential fire safety issues, empowering our clients to make informed decisions and ensure full regulatory compliance. Our audits include practical recommendations, outlining available options and advising on the next steps in the process towards achieving compliance.
A Fire Safety Building Audit is a non-invasive visual comparison of the as-built building against the granted Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) if one exists. If no Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) has been granted for the building, a retrospective review is conducted, comparing the building or works to the most relevant Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) and/or Part B requirements.
Our Fire Safety Building Audit identifies key fire safety elements such as fire exits, escape routes, fire doors, fire walls, and more. We assess where the building may require upgrades or rectifications to meet fire safety standards. This audit can be the first step towards making your building compliant with fire safety regulations.
Please note, a Fire Safety Building Audit is not to be confused with a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) or a Fire Safety Assessment (FSA).
